Directly on the shores of Lake Sammionselkä, located just 40 metres from the villa, you will find a private jetty and a boat at your disposal, allowing you to explore the lake's 4.7-kilometre length and enjoy its calm, shallow waters with a gently sloping, sandy clay bottom and a width of approximately 200 metres. A lakeside sauna is also available exclusively from June to September, providing an authentic Finnish sauna experience in a stunning waterfront setting. During this seasonal period, the lakeside sauna offers 6 additional beds, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the property to 17 beds from June to September.

The hot tub located on the villa's terrace is available for use upon separate payment or by prior agreement. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
