The 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed, providing a comfortable and private sleeping space. The open kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with 4 hot plates, an oven, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set including both chinoise and cheese options. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Sehr schöne Lage mit Aussicht ins Mittelland. Wohn- / Ess-Zimmer sehr behaglich und gut eingerichtet. Küche gut eingerichtet, jedoch 1 von 4 Herdplatten ist defekt. Schlafzimmer sehr klein mit 140cm- Doppelbett mit nur einer Matratze und nur einer Decke (wir konnten so nicht schlafen--< 1 Person musste auf dem Wohnzimmersofa schlafen). Heizung im Schlafzimmer konnte nicht geregelt werden, sie war ständig eingeschaltet. Heisswasser war hin und wieder nicht verfügbar.

Kitchen well equipped, but 1 of 4 hotplates is broken. Bedroom very small with 140cm double bed with only one mattress and only one blanket (we couldn't sleep like that -

Schöne Aussicht, ausreichend geräumiger Balkon. Kühle Wohnung, auch bei heissen Aussentemperaturen. Schlechte Schallisolierung, sehr schlechte Matratzen. Tropfende Wasserhähne, wiewohl maximalmöglich geschlossen. Gute Wartung durch Frau Rendeiro.
