The kitchen is open in layout and fully equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. A private terrace of 26 m2 is accessible from both the living area and one of the bedrooms, and it is furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor enjoyment.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
