Please be aware that as part of water restriction measures linked to drought in certain departments, the swimming pools may be subject to closure by prefectural decree. Wireless internet connection is available to keep you connected throughout your stay, and convenient parking is provided directly at the property. Tennis courts are accessible within 500 metres of the residence, offering a wonderful opportunity for outdoor recreation just a short distance away.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a large entrance hall with a veranda, which sets the tone for the comfortable and beautifully furnished interior throughout the property.

On the ground floor, the living and dining area is bright and inviting, featuring a flat screen television and a DVD player, with direct access to both the terrace and the veranda. The kitchen area is configured as a kitchenette equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a bar. Also on this level, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width, complete with a fan for added comfort, as well as a second bedroom featuring 2 beds, each 90 cm wide and 160 cm in length. The bathroom and a separate WC are also located on this floor.

Accessible via a spiral staircase, the upper floor hosts the third bedroom, which is appointed with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also equipped with a fan. This upper level opens onto a 20 m2 terrace offering a scenic view of the lagoon, with direct access to the water's edge and a 45 cm high protective barrier along the terrace perimeter.
