Property Description
Very well located 1 bedroom apartment for 4 persons with seaview and 2 swimmingpools in Cannes La Bocca in Provence. This apartment is just what you need for the perfect vacation in the south of France. It's located in a very popular hotel residense with many appartments, reception and restaurant.
Cannes La Bocca is a very living district with it's own market, lots of restaurants, bars and cafés, shopping facilities and beaches.
The city of Cannes on the French Riviera is a city full of dreams. Vacation, palm trees, palaces, blue sky and sea, movie stars, luxury yachts and shopping. This scene is a contrast to the Provencal hillsides with spring mimosa, the old villages and the markets with all the colors and scents, where you can feel Provence's eternal beating heart.
Distances: The distance to the center of Cannes is 4 km and public transport is very easy, The beach is at only 50 meters and there are several local bars and restaurants as well as shops, supermarkets etc very near the residence. On Saturdays there is a local flea-market and on weekdays (except Monday) a fruit-and vegetable market.
There are lots of possibilities for a perfect holiday for both parents and children, whether one seeks peace and relaxation, or a more active holiday. Frequent bus, and train connexions from La Bocca to the rest of the coast are within easy reach. Distance to the bus stop: 75 meters. Distance to the train station : 500 meters.
The railroad tracks runs between the Complex and the beach.
The distance from Nice airport is 28 km, to Cannes center: 2,5 km, to Marseilles: 180 km, to Gorges du Verdon: 90 km, to St. Tropez: 85 km and to Aix en Provence: 150 km.
At guests disposal: 2 big shared swimming pools, plenty of terraces for sunbathing, private furnished balcony, lift, internet (payable), laundry.

Un apartament perfecte, tot estaba en molt bon estat i amb molt bones vistes al mar i a la piscina. Tota la información que ens han donat de EasyReserve han sigut perfectes i ens han ajudat en tot momento. Ja tenim ganes de tornar-hi.

Globalement nous sommes déçus de cette location. Le logement est trop petit pour 3 personnes, il convient seulement à 2 maxi et c'est beaucoup trop bruyant. N'ayant pas de climatisation et avec le bruit extérieur il est difficile de trouver le sommeil. Manque une place de parking : difficile pour décharger ou charger au moment de l'arrivée ou du depart. Seul point positive, la vue sur la piscine et la mer et l'emplacement proche des commerces. Je ne pense pas que nous y retournerons

C'est vrai que l'appartement n'est pas très grand pour plus que 2 personnes, mais je considère que le prix pour cet appartement correspond très bien ce que vous recevez. L'appartement est situé dans une grande résidence de vacances et en haute saison il y a un risque de bruit. Era quello che cercavo: vista mare e tranquillità! L'appartamento è nel contesto di un grosso residence, sarà che erano i primi di giugno, non c'era assolutamente confusione. In reception sono stati gentilissimi e, grazie a loro, ho prenotato il parcheggio comodissimo -grazie all'ascensore- per raggiungere il 6° piano. L'alloggio è luminoso, ben tenuto, completo di ogni accessorio per la cucina (anche la lavastoviglie!!)...cosa per me molto importante, la doccia funziona benissimo e l'acqua calda è assicurata senza problemi. Di fronte al residence, la spiaggia libera di sabbia. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente!!

The apartment is well located a short distance from Cannes centre - it is well serviced by buses and trains though they can finish quite early (we were there in Sept so that may be off season). That being said it was not hugely expensive to get a tzxi should you need to do so. Lots of good grocery stores/supermarkets nearby and the fabulous bakery around the corner is worth a visit (every day!!!). Apartment iteslf was really clean and well serviced, though I felt that as you were paying additional for bedlinen and towels they could have been a bit more generous in their provision. The bedroom is very small and slightly claustrophobic so we generally used the pull out sofa bed which was absolutely fine. The only other bone of contention was the wifi kept dropping which was very annoying. Notwithstanding those minor quibbles, I would absolutely recommend the real value for money of this apartment and the fabulous sea view from the balcony made it a really relaxing chill out place for the mornings and evenings.
