The upper floor features a gallery and 3 further sleeping areas: 1 room furnished with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, 1 double bedroom, and 1 large room with a dressing room containing 1 single bed and 1 double bed, served by a private bath, shower, and WC. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
