The living area is complemented by a gallery and a fully equipped open kitchen. A shower room with WC is also located on this floor, along with direct access to a large south-west facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the afternoon sun.

On the lower ground floor, the sleeping accommodation is arranged across 4 bedrooms. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and elegant sleeping arrangement. The remaining 2 rooms are each fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making them well suited for additional guests or younger travellers. A full bathroom with bath and WC serves this floor. A balcony with a north-facing position is also accessible from this level.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
