"Teelke" is a 4-room vacation rental apartment of 100 m2, situated on the 1st floor and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room spans a generous 28 m2 and serves as the central gathering space, furnished with a flat screen cable TV, a radio, and a CD player, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation. The 1st double bedroom measures 17 m2 and features direct access to the balcony, offering a pleasant outdoor extension to the private space. The remaining 2 double bedrooms each measure 14 m2 and are finished with the same cosy and spacious furnishings that characterise the entire apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table, a flat screen cable TV, a radio, and a CD player, making it a functional and sociable space for meals. The bathroom is configured with a bath, shower, and WC, while a separate WC is also available for added convenience. The balcony is furnished for outdoor use, and the apartment benefits from a private entrance.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
