On the upper floor, an entrance hall welcomes you upon arrival and also leads out to a terrace. This level houses the remaining 3 bedrooms, each appointed with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, a private shower and WC, and individual air conditioning. Each of the 4 bedrooms benefits from its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Das Haus lag genau in der Einflugschneise des Pula-Airports. Auf Nachfrage vor der Buchung würde mir versichert, dass es sich um einen 'ruhigen Ort' handle.
Also wer Fluglärm und niedrig fliegende Flugzeuge mag, ist hier richtig.
