The apartment also includes a kitchenette fitted with 2 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC, providing added convenience for guests sharing the space. Please be aware that access to the apartment is via a steep staircase of 15 steps, and the housing itself faces the street side.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
