An open gallery with characterful sloping ceilings, ranging in height from 120 to 240 cm, features a rooflight and houses 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a bright and distinctive sleeping area. The 1 dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 mattresses of 90 cm width and 190 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, with complimentary Dolce Gusto capsules provided for guests. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. A roofed terrace of 12 m2 extends the living space outdoors, furnished with terrace furniture and offering views of both the sea and the garden.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
