The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, with complimentary Dolce Gusto capsules provided for guests. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. A roofed terrace of 12 m2 extends the living space outdoors, furnished with terrace furniture and offering views of both the sea and the garden.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
