This lovely holiday home is located in the south part of Öland is close
to the ocean and equipped with a large patio and an outdoor pool.


This spacey holiday home is on 120m2 and has two floors. The first
bedroom is on the ground floor and has a personal touch in the
decoration and has a comfortable double bed, and there are large windows
which gives a beautiful view over the beach and ocean.

The kitchen, dining area and the living room is also located on the
ground floor.

The kitchen area is a nice place where you have large windows which
gives you view over the ocean, patio and pool.

The patio caress about 2/3 parts around the holiday home, and makes this
a place where you can feel good.


On the upper floor there is a double bed and a sofa bed located, and
just next to the sofa is a panorama window which faces the ocean.

The owner is a true animal lover and therefore is your pet/pets welcome to this holiday home.

There is the possibility to release your dog or cat on the property
since it is fenced.


There is a bike/hike trail which goes from the southernmost to the
northernmost part of the island pass just outside your holiday home.


The owner wants to remind all guests that there is a reduced speed of
10km/h in the area, because there are several hiking trails and many
children and people seated here. Moreover, only qualified traffic is
allowed within this area.


Between Färjestaden and Mörbylånga, around 15km away from your holiday
home, is Beijershamn and Hagaparken located which is a true bird
paradise. There are several bird towers, bird platforms and hike trials
which you can use to get close to the rich bird life.


Take the opportunity to visit the ruins of Borgholm Castle, which has
900 years of history behind it. During the summer there are also many
musical events that is worth visiting.


For those interested in golf there is only 25km to Grönhögens golf
course.
