"D'Arby" is a beautifully appointed 4-room chalet spanning 155 m2 across 2 levels, designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, including 4 adults and 4 children. The main living area is spacious and bright, featuring a generous living and dining room with a panoramic window that frames breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valley. This welcoming space is furnished with tasteful Scandinavian-inspired décor and is equipped with a wood-burning stove that creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. From the living area, you have direct access to a 40 m2 balcony and a 16 m2 terrace, both ideal for enjoying the stunning alpine scenery. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. A separate WC is also available on this level for added convenience.

The lower ground floor houses all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged to offer privacy and comfort. The first bedroom features 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second is a dedicated children's room fitted with 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a fun and practical sleeping arrangement for younger guests. The third bedroom also features 1 double bed with the same configuration of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, and WC. A second bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower, WC, and a double hand-basin, serving the remaining bedrooms.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
