The property is fully equipped to ensure a convenient and comfortable stay. The open kitchen is outfitted with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave, making it ideal for preparing meals at any time of day. A washing machine is available on the premises for your laundry needs. The living and dining room features a television for your entertainment, and heating is provided throughout the property to ensure warmth and comfort regardless of the season. Complimentary WiFi internet access is also available throughout the house.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
