Renovated in 2014 and furnished with warm wooden furniture, the property begins with a welcoming entrance hall that leads into a spacious living room featuring a tiled stove and a hi-fi system, with direct access to a balcony. An open dining room with a dining table flows naturally from the living space, accompanied by a large kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and a grill. 2 separate WCs are also found on this level.

On the lower ground floor, a large room of 30 m2 features 1 double sofabed and 2 double beds, a Scandinavian wood stove, and a flat screen satellite TV, with direct access to both the garden and the terrace. This floor also includes 1 double bedroom, a shower and WC with a double hand-basin, and a sauna.

The top floor is divided into 2 distinct living and sleeping areas. The first features 2 sofabeds measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with access to a balcony. The second living and sleeping room also offers 2 sofabeds of the same dimensions, a flat screen satellite TV, a kitchenette with 2 hot plates, and its own access to the balcony. This floor is served by 2 bathrooms with bath, shower, and WC, and additionally benefits from a large balcony of 16 m2. The top floor also includes 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bath, shower, and WC. A box-room provides additional storage space, and the property enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains.
