The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. 1 bedroom on this level offers 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while a second bedroom provides 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length. A shower room with WC serves the ground floor.

The upper floor features an open gallery with sloping ceilings ranging from 110 to 230 cm in height, furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 110 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a flat screen satellite TV, and air conditioning. A third bedroom on this level also benefits from sloping ceilings with the same ceiling height range of 110 to 230 cm and contains 2 beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
