The property is equipped with internet Wi-Fi access throughout, and convenient on-site parking is available directly at the house. A dedicated fitness room and a washing machine are also available within the house, the latter for an additional fee. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
