Villa Pineta is a lovely vacation rental with air conditioning and WiFi internet. The apartment / condo has been divided into a total of four independent apartments. The property can sleep up to 19 guests comfortably. Conveniently located in Marina Di Castagneto Carducci, Italy in the tourist area "Tuscan Coast" and only 78 km (49 mi) from Pisa. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on holiday.

Guests have free access to a stretch of private sandy beach, located north of Marina di Castagneto. This is an area of about 10,000 sq.m. along the coast, a part of which is a fenced in botanical garden with plants, flowers and dune vegetation with an educational nature trail.

Buona posizione vicino al mare e al centro della Marina di Castagneto. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità e la possibilità di pranzare all'aperto. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno. È utile sapere che, non distante dalla villa, la proprietà gestisce un parco botanico, che abbiamo visitato con visita guidata, dove é possibile parcheggiare e raggiungere, in pochi minuti, un tratto di spiaggia libera ed avere a disposizione sdraio e ombrelloni.

Appartamento al piano terra di una villetta immersa nel verde della pineta di Marina di Çastagneto Carducci, a circa 250 metri dalla spiaggia libera. Ristrutturato di recente, ben arredato e dotato di tutte le comodità. Biancheria da camera, bagno e cucina, pulita e curata, letti già pronti per poter riposare. Possibilità di accedere al Giardino botanico (posto a circa 800 metri dall'appartamento) riservato agli ospiti della struttura, con accessi alla spiaggia libera. Il giardino è dotato di servizio igienico, acqua potabile, sedie e lettini, amache e tavoli con panche per pic nic. I signori Moscardini, in particolar modo la signora Annachiara, Titolari della Struttura, sono persone cortesi e attenti alle esigenze degli Ospiti. Degli eccezionali padroni di casa.

Es ist für uns eine der schönsten Ferienwohnung die wir in der Toscana hatten.Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Toller Außenbereich, die Außendusche ist mit Sichtschutz und warmen Wasser. Wir haben alle 8 fast nur draußen geduscht. Es gibt einen Pavilion mit Platz für 10 Personen. In Ferienwohnungen hatten wir schon oft zuwenig Stühle oder Geschirr gehabt, obwohl es für die Anzahl der gebuchten Personen ausgeschrieben war. In dieser Ferienwohnung ist mehr als reichlich Geschirr vorhanden. Hochwertige Bettwäsch und Handtücher . Sehr saubere Toilette am privat Strand und sehr gepflegte Liegen. Sowie eigene Parkplätze.

My husband and I had the most wonderful vacation! The town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci is so amazing! We loved everything about our vacation. The apartment is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The owners are such a delight and we really enjoyed talking with them and getting to know them. We had an amazing vacation and hope to be back soon!

The villa is nicely located in a pinewood. The owner has thoughtfully organised the apartment giving attention to every little detail. It is a very clean and light house, outside with a beautifull dining space with a marble table and arbour. The sea and the beaches are very close and both very clean - you can have access to private or public beach as well. However the sea has a long bathing area, which is nice for small children - but you have to walk a bit until you reach a point nice to swim from. Overall the resort is very small and ideal for families with children and may be adolescents. There is an open air cinema, fun park and quite a few restaurants. The Supermarkets are within 10 minutes of car drive.

Camelia is a charming little apartment in a very densely populated family beach resort. My daughter, age 17, and I spent a week there as a part of a trip that included some time in Florence. The landlord was very nice and efficient. The apartment an extremely clean basic beach rental. Most of the tourists in this resort are Italian or German. We did not encounter one other American or other English speaking tourist for the first six days of the week we were there. There is bus trasportation in town, but you must be patient about train and bus connections from nearby Donoratico. The coast is lovely. There is one very good restaurant in the town and several excellent ones nearby. If you aren't into pizza, there are only two restaurants in the town. We greatly enjoyed the beach and rented chairs and an umbrella for the week at S. Lucia beach. If you are looking for a low key family oriented resort from which to explore a corner of Tuscany, this is an excellent choice. Castagneto Carducci was the most charming of the hill towns we visited and only about 7 miles from Marina del Castagneto. We had an affordable and very relaxing vacation. It was a pleasant contrast with the rushing about and intense sight seeing we did in Florence.

The property is well located to the sea (just 5 min walk), places to go (Toscana historical towns like Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence etc and farms producing excellent vine), supermarkets. It is surrounded by pine trees, the beach is vast and sandy. The apartment is reasonably planned and furnished.
