The 2 bathrooms serve the entire property, with a separate WC also available for added convenience. One of the bathrooms features a hydro massage bath. A balcony and terrace complete the layout, both offering very beautiful views of the mountains, the ski run, and the surrounding countryside.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
