Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom with sloping ceilings is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dining table and connects seamlessly to the living space. A shower room with a 150-litre boiler completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, a mezzanine area with sloping ceilings features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A further bedroom on the upper floor, also with sloping ceilings, is furnished with an additional 2 single beds of the same dimensions, 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.

Electric heating is available in the entrance hall, and heat is provided throughout the property to ensure comfort during cooler periods. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
