The living and dining room is equipped with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and provides direct access via a sliding door to the south-facing terrace. The bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a cable TV, and its own exit to the terrace as well. This room is served by a private bathroom featuring a bath, WC, and a double hand-basin. A separate shower room with WC completes the 2-bathroom configuration of the apartment. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and connects seamlessly to the overall living space.
