The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom along with 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its well-organised layout. The living and dining room is equipped with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and provides direct access via a sliding door to the south-facing terrace. The bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a cable TV, and its own exit to the terrace as well. This room is served by a private bathroom featuring a bath, WC, and a double hand-basin. A separate shower room with WC completes the 2-bathroom configuration of the apartment. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and connects seamlessly to the overall living space. The south-facing terrace spans 25 m2 and offers beautiful views of the mountains, the countryside, and the forest, and is furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
