Nearby you can visit the lake of Cauma, tha famos Rhein Canyon (Grand Canyon od Switzerland) and the Sports Center Prau la Selva. With good snow conditions you can get within a few meters of the building over the Waldhaus slope. A ski shuttle in is available in the wintertime for transfers to and from the station. A massiv Stone Basment is holding not only the entrance to the duplex abartments but also the main Entrance with a lounge area, a round fire place island, a video conference room, two private Spas and the design floating suite.From here, you have direct access to the apartments, the underground parking. Luxurious 130sqm apartment (3.5 rooms) with 2 bedrooms (available for a max. of 4 persons), each one with bathroom and shower/bath tub, and one guest toilette, floor heating, at the residential building of "the Mountain Suites", in walking distance from the cable car station of Flims. Transfer service throughout the day from the main building of "the Mountain Suites" to the cable car station and back. The apartment is located in the main building on the first floor with northeastern views over the mountain landscape of Flims and the region. The living room offers a living area with fire place and a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and integrated freezer, induction cooking field, steamer, water cooker, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine (capsules can be purchased at the bar), and i-pod docking station. All rooms within the apartment are equipped with rustique parquet floor. Ski deposit room, mailbox, washing machine and tumbler are also available per apartment. For this apartment, two parking slots within the underground parking are available. Parking spaces, W-LAN, costs for heating, Water, etc. are included in the total costs of 4 Guests. Bed linen and 2 towels (CHF 30.00 per person), cleaning (CHF 300.00), and the tourist tax is included in the final price. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Domestic animals are not accepted. A baby bed and high chair can be booked at the rate of CHF 27.00 per stay.

130 m2. More information by the provider: A deposit of CHF 800 is demanded as a creditcard reservation (Mastercard, Visa) for the rented apartment upon arrival, to be provided to the concierge. For accessing the parking garage, which is included in the apartment costs, the concierge will provide a direct access key card. Babybed and highchair is available for CHF 27.- per stay upon request. SPA facilities are located in the Mountain Suites for an extra charge. For SPA informations please contact our concierge at the Mountain Suites. Aditional Cleaning Services are possible and to be paid at an hourly rate of CHF 50 - excl VAT.Linen can be changed during the stay of the guests, at the following rates per person excl VAT: CHF 25 only linen - bed linen and towels 30, -, extra bath towels CHF 5 - per piece. At Arrival you will meet Edelweiss Services for the Key handover and check-in at THE MOUNTAIN SUITES (building right next to the Waldhaus Arena in Flims Waldhaus). This concierge desk is open daily from 9am till 9pm in winter high season and the rest of the year from 9am till 6pm. All key handling is therefor at the same location at the Mountain Suites, Via Sorts Sura 7 in 7018 Flims Waldhaus. The key hand over and check-in time is between 4 pm and 6 pm and the check-out time must be at 9 am.
