The main floor also features a bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower, as well as a sauna offering a panoramic view of the mountains and a dedicated laundry room. The upper level hosts 2 additional bedrooms: the first contains 1 bunk bed, while the second is furnished with a queen bed and a television. Also on the upper level, you will find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a second bathroom complete with a toilet, sink, shower, and bathtub.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
