This level also includes a large living room with a tiled stove and access to the terrace, as well as an open kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer, complemented by a dining nook. A separate WC and a bathroom with bath, shower, and WC complete this floor. The top floor hosts 1 double bedroom with charming sloping ceilings, as well as a living and sleeping room featuring 1 double bed. An open kitchen and a bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC are also found on this level.
