Conveniently located 28 km (17 mi) from Castelnuovo Berardenga, Italy in the tourist area "Siena And Surroundings" and only 10 km (6 mi) from Siena. Rocche Di Valiano is a nice stone building with pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The residence has been divided into a total of nine separate apartments. The property can sleep up to 34 people comfortably in 17 bedrooms with 14 bathrooms.
The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.

Description
Seven spacious, charactaristic apartments that have been tastefully and meticulously restored, located in a large farmhouse that was once a medieval Church. The farmhouse has a beautiful interior court yard, and about 50 m away is a completely renovated barn. Located south of Siena on the edge of the Crete Senesi, the property enjoys a tranquil, panoramic position inside a large farm (400 hectares) that produces wine and olive oil. Magnificent view of the countryside, characterized by the rolling hills of the Val D’Orcia and the city of Siena on the horizon. The apartments are furnished in a comfortable, rustic style. Outside, guests may use a charming, partially covered terrace (110m2) with a beautiful view.
The property can also be rented in its entirety for small groups, in which case guests may use a large, shared common room with kitchen.
Access to the property is via a 3 km unpaved but well-maintained road.
