The open wooden kitchen is appointed with premium Miele appliances, a Bora induction stove with an integrated extractor, double dishes, a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette oven, and a fondue set, ensuring every culinary need is met with style. A shower and WC, a wardrobe, and a washing machine with dryer are also located on this floor. The ground floor accommodates 3 double bedrooms, one of which features an additional bunk bed, all dressed in satin bed linen, alongside a bathroom with shower and WC. The rental price includes admission to the Bachtla Sports Center pool.
