Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber und der Garten schön und gepflegt. Die vier Sterne resultieren aus der Küche, die in die Jahre gekommen ist und eine Modernisierung (vor allem der E-Geräte + Geschirrspülereinbau) gebrauchen könnte.
