It has elegant and modern furnishing and stylish decor.
Ground floor: 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
First floor: a very spacious kitchen + living room with dining table and chairs, sofa. Direct access to garden and to the large terrace, which has electrically controlled sunroof, lounge furniture and grill. On the first floor, there is a large bathroom with a double shower.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet; 1 double bedroom. This room has another terrace with sea view and sun loungers.
The neighboring house can be accessed from the garden.
It's a small wooden annex, with equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.

The layout of the apartments allows great flexibility: the two apartments on the ground floor, and the two apartments on the first floor, can be joined together to allow an easy stay for larger families of up to 8 people, on the same floor (with a connecting door).
Furthermore, depending on availability, it is also possible to book the entire “Casa dei Glicini” (4 apartments) for exclusive use, for groups of maximum 16 people.
The owners, from their love for the land and respect for our territory, developed the idea of a building that could be strongly in harmony with nature. But, at the same time, that could offer all the comforts of a charming accommodation.

The property is located in "Ghiare", hamlet of Levanto. It is 2 km from the center of Levanto, and 2.5 km from the nearest beach.
Levanto train station is 1.8 km away (3 minutes by car, 7 minutes by bike, 20 minutes on foot).
The closest beach is 2.5km away (6 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike, 30 minutes on foot).
The road is flat, and, given the presence of the cycling-pedestrian path that connects Levanto to Bonassola and Framura, getting around by bicycle is an excellent solution.
The property is located 30 meters above sea level and it can be easily reached by bicycle, if you are used to riding a bit.

From the entrance gate to the house there is a stairway down of 39 steps, from the house to the solarium there are 23 steps, and from the villa to the private rock swimming platform there are approximately 180 steps. The property is located about 300 meters from the private elevator that connects the harbour with the pedestrian path leading to the lighthouse, making it approximately 15 minutes walking to the centre of the village if you use the lift, and 20 minutes without the lift. The villa cannot be seen from the footpath where you will find the entrance gate. You should not bring a car as there is no parking at or near the house, although if you do have a car, parking is available in a garage in town. Porter service is available but must be prearranged before arrival. Grocery shopping with delivery service is provided by Portofino and Santa Margherita supermarkets. The listed price is for 10 people maximum, and 1 extra person is admitted to be paid on arrival. It is best to stay here without a car and use public transportation, as anyone who stays in Portofino must know how to adapt to the rhythms of a city that is entirely for pedestrians.
