The house's central location is convenient for visiting Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and the entire Chianti area with its characteristic villages (Castellina, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, etc.).
Access to the house is via an unpaved road in good condition.
At guests disposal: large, well-tended garden with round pool reserved for guests' exclusive use (about 16 x 11 m- minimum depth 50 cm- maximum depth 1,4 m- open from 01/04 to 30/10), outdoor shower (hot water), changing room and wc in the pool area, barbecue, gazebo and wood-burning oven. Heating in Italy is allowed by law from November 1 to April 1, with some exceptions for extreme weather conditions. Please note that fans are not usable.
