An outdoor shower is conveniently available for use in the exterior area, allowing you to rinse off after a swim or a day at the nearby beach with ease.

The surrounding neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise, and as such, quietness and good behaviour are expected at all times during your stay. Please be aware that the owner does not accept bookings from youth groups. These house rules are in place to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the community and to ensure a pleasant experience for all residents and guests alike.
