A short distance from the porch, a dedicated dining area equipped with a stone table and seating is accessible via a few steps, offering a charming setting for outdoor meals surrounded by nature.
The swimming pool is positioned just a few meters from the villa, on the same level, and is easily reached via the paved surface. Rectangular in shape and measuring 12 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.20 metres, the pool features a PVC interior lining with an external stone border and surrounding area. Access is provided via a staircase on the short side of the pool. The water is treated through a saltwater filtration system, and the pool is equipped with a motorized electric cover for added safety and convenience. A nighttime lighting system comprising 4 underwater lamps and external garden lights ensures the pool area remains atmospheric after sunset. The sunbathing area is furnished with loungers, umbrellas, and deck chairs, while an outdoor solar shower is also available. Immediately adjacent to the pool, a built-in stone barbecue and a brick-built wood oven complete the outdoor entertaining facilities. Please note that the pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. As photographs of the property were taken in spring, the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you find upon arrival.

A private chapel is also located within the grounds and may be visited upon request.
For alfresco dining, guests may choose between a panoramic veranda connected directly to the main house or a romantic gazebo covered with climbing roses, positioned in front of the large windows of the fitness area. Adjacent to the veranda, a teak-paved lounge corner is enclosed by a wall draped in climbing roses, offering a cosy and intimate setting. A fabulous 3,500 square meter botanical garden houses an extraordinary collection of plants and flowers, with meandering paths leading to various arranged areas throughout the grounds.
The non-heated infinity pool overlooks the wild and evocative landscape of the Metalliferous Hills and is situated on the side of the property bordering the woodland, reachable via an internal avenue lined with cypress trees. Rectangular in shape with an irregular side, the pool features a stone border, sand-colored PVC coating, stone steps for water access, and internal lighting. It measures 9 x 4.5 meters with a constant depth of 1.30 meters. The surrounding lawn area is well maintained and equipped with sun loungers and cold-water showers. A wooden terrace with armchairs and a sofa provides an additional relaxation space, and a service bathroom with changing room is conveniently located nearby. From this central space, guests access the first double bedroom, which benefits from an en suite bathroom equipped with a shower. A small hallway featuring a laundry corner leads to the second double bedroom, which is fitted with a divisible bed and offers direct access to the garden, along with a private bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower.
A small annex located a short distance from the main farmhouse provides additional sleeping accommodation with a double sofa bed and a compact bathroom with shower. Approximately 50 meters from the house, a wooden annex of around 60 square meters houses the wellness area and gym, completed by a kitchenette, a shower, and a service bathroom. It is worth noting that a small annex within the property is occasionally used by the owner, who maintains the utmost discretion and does not interfere with the privacy of guests or the areas of the park reserved for their exclusive use.
