The house is reached by a little-used road or path, you can park opposite on the owner's property. The garden is beautifully laid out with many flowers and plants and very well maintained. There are 2 dining tables with chairs.
The house has approx. 80m2, 2 terraces, dining room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and oven, next to the bathroom with washing machine.
