The living room flows naturally into a well-appointed kitchen area, fully equipped with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. A separate WC and a washroom with 2 showers ensure convenience for all guests, while the traditional wood-burning sauna adds an authentic Finnish touch to the experience. The cabin is fitted with an air-source heat pump located in the living room, which can be used for both heating and cooling throughout the year, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate regardless of the season.

The cabin sits just 20 metres from the shores of Lake Koirus, offering immediate and effortless access to the water. Guests have the exclusive use of a private pier and a rowing boat, making it easy to explore the calm lake at leisure. The shoreline features a shallow sandy beach, ideal for relaxing by the water or for safe swimming. A hot tub is available on the property for an additional fee, allowing guests to unwind outdoors in a truly scenic setting. Please note that the hot tub is subject to a temperature limit of -15 degrees Celsius, and guests are responsible for filling, heating, and emptying it themselves. During the winter season, running from November through April, the hot tub is available only when the outdoor temperature does not fall below -15 degrees Celsius, and during this period it may only be used pre-filled and pre-heated. Should you wish to have the hot tub prepared in advance, this can be arranged directly with the owner for an additional fee. A carport is also available in the yard, providing covered parking for your vehicle.
