A stone barbecue adds a convivial touch to outdoor dining, and the surrounding lawn and paved areas, enhanced by a rich variety of typical Mediterranean plants, flow naturally into the open countryside, creating a sense of continuity with the landscape that stretches to the horizon. The private non-heated swimming pool occupies a prime panoramic position at the centre of a large lawn area, approximately 70 metres from the house and reached via a gentle descent across the grass. Rectangular in shape with a travertine stone border, it measures 12.5 x 4 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres and is equipped with hydro-massage vents. Lined in grey PVC, the pool is accessible via submerged steps on one of its short sides and is purified using a glass wool system with ultra-modern UV lamps for sterilisation combined with a moderate use of chlorine. The surrounding sunbathing area is furnished with 2 gazebos, sunbeds, small tables, armchairs, and a solar shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you find upon arrival.

Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.

The grounds of Villa Le Chiarne are a world unto themselves, extending across a flat, fully fenced park of approximately one hectare, predominantly laid to lawn and enriched by olive trees, fragrant creepers, and luxuriant bushes of Mediterranean herbs. A paved courtyard positioned in front of the suite entrances serves as the central outdoor dining area, creating a natural gathering point for guests. Scattered throughout the garden, you will find numerous gazebos and dedicated relaxation areas, a ping pong table, and 2 barbecue areas, all designed to encourage outdoor living at its finest. Please note that the photographs of the garden were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and grass colours may differ from what you observe upon arrival. The crown jewel of the outdoor space is the pool area, reached from the house via a short, level path of approximately 15 metres. The expansive sunbathing terrace, paved in travertine, is generously equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, and tables, and at its centre lies a striking free-form swimming pool spanning 110 square metres, with a varying depth of 70 to 150 cm. The pool is lined in PVC, features Roman steps, and is maintained with chlorine purification. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Completing this exceptional area are 2 hydromassage pools: one with a rounded shape that is heated, and one with a square shape measuring 4 x 4 metres, which can be heated on request. Both offer a breathtaking vantage point from which to admire the sweeping landscapes of the Crete Senesi that surround the property.

By the pool, guests can enjoy use of a beautiful panoramic terrace with sun-umbrellas and sofas and of a covered area with WI-FI in internet connection (WI-FI internet is also available near the reception, closer the units Tenuta 1 and 2).
The access to the property is via an unpaved road suitable to any car.
