Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. A refundable cash deposit of 800 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the time of departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damage to the property. The rental price includes one set of bed linens and bath towels per stay. Please be aware that a number of additional services are payable directly on-site, including a final cleaning fee, a city tax of 4.00 Euros per person per day applicable to guests aged 18 and over, a daily electricity fee, a late check-in surcharge applicable for arrivals after 9:00 PM, and a baby cot upon request. The third single bedroom is not equipped with air conditioning. Should the house rules not be observed, penalties may be applied according to the specific circumstances.
