Please note that the upper bunk, measuring 80 cm in width, is suitable for children only due to a weight limit. The villa also includes a utility room, a washroom with 2 showers, an electric sauna, a hallway, and 2 separate toilets. Throughout the entire property, water-circulating floor heating ensures year-round warmth and comfort, while a cooling air heat pump provides a pleasant indoor climate during the summer months.
