It is non-heated and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding terrace is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a cold-water shower, creating an ideal space for relaxation in the sun. On the opposite side of the villa, a panoramic terrace overlooks the Val di Cecina, offering sweeping views of the valley below. The main portico, directly connected to the kitchen and living room through 2 French windows, is equipped with a dining table and is perfectly suited for outdoor meals in the shade. Opposite the portico, a dedicated barbecue area features a traditional brick oven. Gravel paths and paved walkways wind through the property, and a second manually-opening gate leads to a panoramic hillock from which you can admire Volterra and its ancient walls. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, so the appearance of the garden, including flower blossoming and grass colour, may differ at the time of your arrival.

This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. Pets of small size are accepted at the property, limited to 1 animal. Acceptance must be previously authorized by the owner, who must be informed in advance of the number of animals, their size, and breed.
