The property is divided into three apartments resulting from the restoration of old farm outbuildings close to the main house where the owners live. The garden area is not fully fenced, anyway the pool area is divided from the rest of the garden by a hedge (height about 0.7 m) and a wire net. There is a small gate which can be locked, for the safeness of small children.
