The property enjoys a truly privileged position, offering uninterrupted sea views and direct access to the beach below via a private gate just a few metres from the entrance, followed by a scenic path of approximately 50 steps. The exterior grounds extend over approximately 400 square metres, featuring a generous yard that blends artificial lawn and gravel areas, providing guests with ample outdoor space to relax and unwind.
