The large stone portico at the entrance to the house serves as a welcoming al fresco living area, furnished with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, making it an ideal setting for outdoor dining in the shade. Adjacent to the portico, a generous terraced panoramic area provides a tranquil spot for unwinding while taking in the sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. The garden itself is composed largely of expansive lawns well suited for children's play, complemented by brightly coloured flowering bushes, numerous olive trees, and tall shady trees that create a cool and inviting atmosphere. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden's grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
Set on a lower terrace approximately 15 metres from the house and reached by crossing the garden and descending a short flight of steps, the non-heated swimming pool occupies the most secluded corner of the estate. Completely enclosed by fencing and hedges that preserve the panoramic outlook, the rectangular pool measures 4 by 8 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres. It features a PVC lining with a stone edge, submerged steps for easy water access, chlorine purification, and internal lighting that also illuminates the surrounding area after dark. Sunbeds, an umbrella, small tables, and a cold-water shower complete the poolside setting, creating a refined and comfortable space for sunbathing and leisure. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
