Mulberry House operates under a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights. During the period from 25/07/26 to 22/08/26, arrivals are accepted on Saturdays only. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available upon prior arrangement for arrivals after 21:00 and up to 24:00. A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any deductions in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of kitchen gas, water, electricity, air conditioning and heating, a final cleaning service, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, a weekly cleaning session of 3 hours, and a welcome basket with breakfast items. A cot is also included at no additional charge. A tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 10 nights, during the period from 01/04 to 30/11, payable in cash upon arrival. Please be aware that pets are not permitted at the property.
