A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. In front of the house you will have a large fenced-in courtyard equipped with a table and chairs on the nice porch, where you can enjoy grills and good local wine. The farm is a fully operational agricultural estate producing high-quality wine, oil, pasta, cured meats, honey, and legumes, and is home to native breed animals including the Cinta Senese pig, the Maremmana cow, Apennine sheep, the Amiatino donkey, and a variety of courtyard animals.
