The apartment is best suited for families, couples and corporate groups. However, the holiday destination will not be handed over to the customer if all the people going to the holiday destination and vacationing there are under 25 years old. It is not allowed to bring hot tub to this destination.
The upscale and comfortable villa consists of two floors, the villa was built in 1985, but renovated in 2023. The entrance floor has a spacious kitchen, bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), hallway, dressing room, washroom, sauna (always ready heater) and separate toilet. The villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, and the person responsible for the booking must be at least 25 years of age. Should you plan to host a party or receive visiting guests beyond the registered occupancy, this must always be arranged and agreed upon separately prior to booking by contacting Lomarengas. A wood-fired hot tub designed for up to 8 persons is available for rent through advance booking and payment, and it will be delivered to the villa by separate agreement. The hot tub comes complete with a thermometer, instructions for use, and accessories for indoor cleaning. For availability and reservations, advance enquiry and booking are strongly recommended. The property is equipped with an electric car charging point with a maximum output of 11 kW.
