Outdoors
The outdoor spaces of this property are truly remarkable, defined by the villa's privileged position just 25 metres from the Bothnian Sea, along the Hyvinluodonfäärtti, a narrow and sheltered strait with deep, rocky, and soft clay bottom waters. A large pier extends over the water, offering direct access for swimming, fishing, or simply enjoying the breathtaking coastal views. A rowing boat is available for guests, inviting leisurely exploration of the surrounding waterways. The covered terrace provides a comfortable outdoor living and dining area, ideal for relaxing evenings or morning coffee while taking in the natural surroundings. The separate outbuilding houses a summer kitchen equipped with a grill, a smoker, and a stove, making it an ideal setting for outdoor cooking and convivial gatherings in the warmer months.
Other Information
The outbuilding also includes a living room with a fireplace and a pull-out couch, offering a cosy additional retreat for guests. The property features a traditional wood-heated sauna with a large heater, as well as a steam room located on the upper floor, providing an authentic Finnish sauna experience. It is important to note that during winter, water for the wood-heated sauna must be carried by buckets from a source located approximately 20 metres away. Additionally, the floor heating in the wood-heated sauna's dressing room is not in use during the winter period. Guests are encouraged to take these seasonal considerations into account when planning their visit, particularly for stays during the colder months.
