The rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The stay is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning you do not pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival, and you benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of €1,500.00 and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
