The pool terrace and wooden sun deck are situated a few steps below the main living areas and command wide, sweeping views over the surrounding countryside. The non-heated swimming pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 10 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.35 metres, lined in PVC, and equipped with chlorine purification enhanced by a UV lamp. It is accessed via internal steps and features both internal and external lighting. The adjacent 60 square metre wooden sun deck is furnished with sunbeds and built-in bench seating, providing ample space for sunbathing and leisure. A cold-water shower is also available on the pool terrace. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. It is worth noting that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colours of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
