Both the sea-facing side and the pool side of the property are furnished with umbrellas, tables, and chairs, creating comfortable outdoor living areas throughout the estate. The oval-shaped, non-heated swimming pool is positioned on the north side of the villa, nestled within a natural hollow in the sand dunes that already existed on the site, encircled by an amphitheatre of juniper hedges. In keeping with the owners' deep respect for the environment, no trees were cut down during its construction. The pool measures 9 x 5 metres with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.90 metres, is purified with chlorine, and features a swimming upstream function.
