The well-kept English lawn is crisscrossed by charming pathways that wind alongside the house, offering areas of natural shade beneath lush, fragrant plantings of roses, oleanders, and aromatic herbs. An outdoor dining area is thoughtfully positioned between the house and the pool, creating a perfect setting for alfresco meals in the open air. It is worth noting that the property photographs were taken in spring, when flowers are in full bloom, and the colours of the garden and lawn may vary depending on the season of your arrival.
The rectangular swimming pool, non-heated, is situated on the same level as the house and is clearly visible from it, being directly adjacent to the building. Measuring 13 by 4.80 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, the pool features chlorine purification, both internal and external lighting, and is lined in white PVC and mosaic. Access to the water is via a ladder, and the pool is entirely fenced for safety, with a foot-washing station and an automatic shower at the entrance. The surrounding solarium area is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas for your relaxation. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
