A second gazebo facing the pool contains a comfortable 6-seater chaise longue arrangement, while a cosy hammock positioned on the hill offers a stunning panoramic view over the entire coastline and the island of Asinara. An additional relaxation area is located next to the tennis court and features a round granite table. The private synthetic grass tennis court is regulation size and equipped with lighting for evening play. Within the adjacent field, a private heliport is also available. The magnificent sea-water infinity pool is situated approximately 15 metres from the villa and is easily accessible from the garden via a natural slope surrounded by a light-coloured sandy beach. The pool measures 13 metres in length for swimming and reaches a maximum depth of 1.30 metres. It features salt purification and is lined in special white plaster.
