A few steps further lead to a second terrace with its own gazebo, thoughtfully arranged for outdoor dining and perfectly positioned to take in the breathtaking nighttime panorama that frames unforgettable evenings under the stars, cooled by a gentle sea breeze drifting up the hillside. The third terrace is home to the non-heated swimming pool, an oval-shaped structure measuring 3 x 7 metres with a depth of 1.20 metres, suspended dramatically toward the sea and offering a truly unique and unobstructed view of the coastline. The pool features a PVC inner lining in deep blue, salt purification, and an iron ladder for safe water access. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, and is enclosed and accessible through a dedicated gate, situated approximately 40 metres from the main house. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The property accommodates pets of small size only, and acceptance must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, their size, and breed. The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and a final cleaning of the property. The rental also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided under the policy terms.
